Dolls are a favorite toy and have been for centuries.  Little girls like to play with them, and big girls like to collect them.  (Don’t tell anyone, but they sometimes play with them too!)

Today there are classical dolls, rag dolls, fashion dolls and many other kinds of dolls.

An Updated Rag Doll

Check out this Lalaloopsy Jewels Sparkles doll!  One new play on the rag doll model is called Lalaloopsy dolls.  They are supposed to be rag dolls that came to life, and they take on the characteristics of the material used to make them.  However, most of these dolls are not made entirely of fabric.  They’re made of sturdier materials to allow a great deal of knocking about by their young owners.

Move Over Addams Family

These new dolls are frightfully delightful!  What are they?  The kids from Monster High School!  There are werewolves, ghosts, and many other dolls that take after their monstrous parents. They’re kind of quirky and lots of fun. 

Like any high school they have a group that cheer the teams on, but instead of cheerleaders, at Monster High they are called Fearleaders.  You can get a Fearleading 3 Pack of dolls, so you have a little squad all of your own.
